We start increasing activities during this time of the year after being dormant during winter.  However, start slowly and make sure not to over do it!  Don't spread yourself too thin physically.  Another thing we can do as we welcome spring is to eat more fresh greens like fresh salads, and fruits which will also help in cleasing and detoxing our system.    Happy Spring.
